A devastating road accident in Uttar Pradesh has left four members of a family dead and five others injured, according to police sources. Jai Singh (28), a resident of Bhaithana village, was traveling with nine relatives from Bidhuna, Auraiya, when tragedy struck. At approximately 3:30 am, Singh's vehicle lost control, careening into a tree. The victims, identified as Jai Singh, his sister Priya Singh (25), grandmother Ranno Devi (75), and relative Priya Senger (14), lost their lives in the unfortunate accident.
Among the deceased, Jai Singh had recently returned from Bidhuna on Wednesday night to pick up his sister and other relatives for his upcoming marriage scheduled on November 28. The impact of the collision also resulted in injuries to five others, who were promptly transported to the hospital for medical attention. As authorities investigate the circumstances surrounding the accident, the bodies of the deceased have been sent for post-mortem. The incident serves as a poignant reminder of the fragility of life and the importance of road safety measures.
